12月12日至13日,首届中国国际城市安全发展研讨会在浙江省杭州市举行。应急管理部副部长孙华山、浙江省人民政府副省长王文序、联合国开发计划署驻华代表白雅婷出席研讨会并致辞。
本次研讨会以“安全城市,美好生活”为主题,内容涵盖城市安全管理、韧性城市建设、安全科技和安全文化等多个方面。中国工程院院士范维澄、国际劳动监察协会秘书长何祥兴等国内外近40位嘉宾,重点围绕现代城市安全保障与应急管理、先进科技构筑安全城市、国家安全发展示范城市创建等议题发表了演讲,交流国内外城市安全管理领域新理念、新技术、新经验。有关专家还分享了大数据、云计算、人工智能、物联网及5G等先进科技在保障城市安全方面的创新应用。
本届研讨会的举办,为推进国内各地区创建符合中国国情、具有中国特色的安全发展示范城市提供了参考和借鉴,搭建了在城市安全领域凝聚共识、互学互鉴的国际平台,为共同应对挑战、强化城市安全风险防控能力、提升城市安全发展水平发挥积极作用。
