11月23日，中国-东盟城市安全发展合作项目研讨会以视频形式在京召开，应急管理部综合协调司二级巡视员夏君丽、中心副主任胡予红出席会议并讲话。双方围绕中国东盟城市安全发展合作开展研讨。

会议主要围绕东盟关于城市安全概念、范围、背景和演变历程、东盟城市安全面临的关键问题与主要挑战及城市安全风险综合监测预警机制三个议题展开，与会代表积极探讨，踊跃发言，一致认为，面对气候变化、工业安全、城市系统韧性不足等挑战，中国-东盟城市安全发展合作十分必要，合作前景广阔。双方应发挥各自优势，在预警信息收集与发布、相关学科建设、人才培养等方面加强合作。

来自马来西亚国家灾害管理署、苏黎世联邦理工学院、新加坡国立大学、南洋理工大学、英国劳氏基金会、应急管理部综合协调司、国际合作和救援司和部属城市安全研究机构等单位专家代表30余人参加了研讨。

On November 23, the China ASEAN urban security development cooperation project seminar was held in Beijing in the form of video. Xia Junli, the second level inspector of the comprehensive coordination department of the emergency management department, and Hu Yuhong, deputy director of the center, attended and spoke at the meeting. The two sides held discussions on China ASEAN urban security development cooperation.
The meeting focused on three topics: ASEAN's concept, scope, background and evolution of urban security, key issues and major challenges faced by ASEAN's urban security, and the comprehensive monitoring and early warning mechanism of urban security risks. Participants actively discussed and spoke enthusiastically, and agreed that in the face of challenges such as climate change, industrial security and insufficient resilience of urban systems, China ASEAN cooperation on urban security development is very necessary and has broad prospects. Both sides should give full play to their respective advantages and strengthen cooperation in early warning information collection and release, relevant discipline construction, talent training, etc.
More than 30 experts from the national disaster management agency of Malaysia, the Federal Institute of technology of Zurich, the National University of Singapore, Nanyang University of technology, Lloyd's foundation, the integrated coordination department of the Ministry of emergency management, the Department of international cooperation and rescue and the Urban Safety Research Institute under the Ministry attended the seminar.
